Group Outings

Deer Run is the ideal place to host your corporate or group outing.  Our staff will assist you in setup, cart assignments, event scoring and any other needs that may arise.  We will do all we can to make sure your event is a memorable experience for everyone involved.

New for 2008: All groups receive a complementary Deer Run goodie bag (valued at over $125) and a free $500 Hole-in-One contest (paid as $500 in golf at DRGC).

For an additional charge, we can provide hats, shirts, and logo balls with your logo on them for the event. There are many creative ways we can help make your participants remember your event for years to come with fabulous tee gifts and prizes.

In addition, we can handle all your signage as well.  Check out the following link to see an example of what your signs may look like, www.signageresources.com. Just let us know in advance so we can get the necessary information from you to make sure they arrive on time. It's a nice touch to take your event to the next level!

Group Terms and Conditions
• Events are on Mondays or Wednesdays.
• For shotgun events (100+ players), $1,000 Deposit required to reserve a date.
• All golf charges, additional to food, beverages, merchandise, and or other services to be billed and payable in 10 days.
• Events for 100+ will be shotgun starts. Events under 100 will be consecutive tee times
• Players must comply with the Club dress code; collared shirts are mandatory.
• Deer Run is a SPIKELESS facility.
• Your group will be responsible for all lost or damaged equipment caused by your group's participants.
• Refreshments will be provided on the course.
• Once the deposit is paid in full and a contract has been signed, we will then reserve the date and times requested for your outing.

Per-person fees include green fees, carts, pro-shop prizes, dinner and unlimited use of practice facility, and are based on type of meal:

Executive Pro Box Lunches
Sliced Ham, Smoked Turkey or Roast Beef on Your Choice of Breads.  Assorted Variety of Chips.

Available Fresh Fruit and Gourmet Cookie or Brownie. 
Chicken Caesar Wrap

Cold Deli Buffet
Sliced Fresh Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef or Chicken Wild Rice Salad. Variety of Breads. Choice of Two Salads: Potato Salad, Crisp Fresh Coleslaw, Italian Pasta Salad,
Pasta Primavera Salad, Pasta Seafood, Fruit Salad, Caesar Salad,
Condiments of Leaf Lettuce, Sliced Tomato, Onions, Mayo, Butter and Pickle Spears.
Variety of Chips and Gourmet Cookies or Bars. 

Backyard BBQ Buffet
Grilled 1/3lbs Hamburgers and Brats with a Variety of Condiments. Potato Salad, Caesar Salad and Fresh Fruit. Potato Chips and a Gourmet Cookie for Dessert. Prices Include Beverages and all Taxes and Service Charges.

Executive Buffet
10oz New York Strip, Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast Grilled and served on the Buffet with Red New Potatoes or Mixed Wild Rice. Caesar Salad, a Display of  Fresh Fruit and  Dinner Rolls. Cheese Cake or Assorted Bars for Dessert. Prices Include Beverages and all Taxes and Services Charges.
